In order to maintain its competitive power and promote its constant growth strategy in a sustainable manner, Wild Discovery concentrates on the training of the employees, as well as on increasingly effective recruitment of competent and qualified personnel.

 

In 2007, Wild Discovery launched and financed the first Sales Training Program (STP) in Travel & Tourism in Lebanon in collaboration with “La Faculté des Lettres et des Sciences Humaines – Section Aménagement Touristique et Culturel” of the leading Saint Joseph University, one of the most renowned universities in Lebanon and the Middle East for its internationally recognised diplomas.

 

Being the first initiative of its kind to be pushed and financed by a private tour operator, the STP helps every year the most capable fresh graduates to join its expansion all over the Middle East region.  More than 20 people have been recruited by Wild Discovery till date through this program.

 

The priority of Wild Discovery is to constantly discover new talents and give them the necessary tools that will enhance their career within a successful organization. By getting the opportunity of participating to this program, candidates are ensuring a promising career in the travel & tourism field.

 

WHO SHOULD APPLY

 

COST & FINANCING

 

Wild Discovery will assume the financing of the full program. Retained candidates are expected to sign a commitment agreement for three years. However, at the end of the training program, Wild Discovery reserves the right to retain only qualified candidates throughout the different phases of the program.
