1Arrival - Christchurch

Upon arrival at the Christchurch airport, meet greet transfer to hotel

2Christchurch – Mt Cook – Queenstown

In the morning, depart Christchurch and travel across the Canterbury Plains, Ashburton and Geraldine

Climb up to McKenzie Country and pause at the Church of the Good Shepherd to view Lake Tekapo

Arrive in Mount Cook

Optional: helicopter and fixed-wing sightseeing flights

In the afternoon depart to Queenstown

3Milford Sound

Today go on a Milford Sound Day tour visiting: Lake Wakatipu, Lake Te Ana, Valley of the Eglinton River Homer Tunnei, the Cleddau Canyon, Milford Sound

Then, enjoy a buffet lunch on board the "Red Boat"

Return to Queenstown by coach or optional scenic flight

In the morning, depart for a full day journey to Franz Josef/Fox Glacier

Pass by Kawarau Gorge, Hawera River and Lake Wanaka

Depart to Greymouth and board the scenic Tranz Alpine
