Today you will join a Parilla tour to experience and taste authentic Porteño flavors

Discover hole-in the wall steak restaurants where the locals go and learn about Argentina’s culture and cuisine

In the afternoon guests will prepare their own dinner, enjoy grilled provoleta cheese and of course the Argentinean steak

For dessert guests prepare typical alfajores, Argentina’s national sweet

3Buenos Aires

Today, you will experience local traditions at the small town of San Antonio de Areco and explore the wild Argentine countryside.

Visit to a typical ranch, where the world-famous Argentine Asado (BBQ) is served for lunch

At night, have a casual, authentic pizza at one of the best pizzerias in town

4Buenos Aires - Mendoza

Transfer to airport and board a flight to Mendoza

Welcome Gourmet Dinner at a local restaurant

5Mendoza

Today you will discover one of the best enological areas in the world!

Visit to different vineyards and enjoy wine tastings and lunch at a local winery

Tonight have a gourmet dinner at 1884 Restaurant by Francis Mallman

The menu is inspired by traditional dishes from the area

6Mendoza - Salta

Cooking class & lunch at Zuccardi Winery

Continue to Salta, the culinary centre of the beautiful north

Rest of the day at leisure

Visit to the colorful San Miguel market, where locals sell fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, cereals and spices

Afterwards guests enjoy a cooking class and a light lunch with regional dishes, such as tamales, humitas

and empanadas

At night, enjoy a folkloric dinner with Andean cuisine, music and dancing

8Salta - Cafayate

Panoramic transfer to Cafayate, visiting the Quebrada de las Conchas on the way

Today you will return to Buenos Aires
